Requirements:
Very good oral and written English and French
Strong organizational skills
Excellent customer service skills
Good computer skills essential
Responsibilities and key duties:
Responsible for inbound calls relating to the client’s product i.e.
be able to answer all customer queries relating to the product
be able to operate the client’s database system to set up new customer accounts or update existing accounts as necessary
Processing client/customer queries
Providing administrative support for the Contact Centre, as and when required. This to include, general administrative duties, invoicing, processing, data entry etc
Dealing in a professional manner with all clients/customers
Ensure all calls are serviced in an efficient and speedy manner.
Work to tight deadlines
Deal in a professional manner with difficult or awkward customers.
Ensure a positive image is given of both the service and the company
